Wasn't feeling 100%...maybe 80% and a little down. Had taken a sick day and needed a pickmeup.
But on my way back, my chain broke.
I had to push my way along Fred Flintstone style for at least 10 miles until I got to where Momma could pick me up.
It was a 9.5 out of 10 effort where 10 was the hardest physical task I've ever done.
Next day I really was sick to my stomach and took most of that day off too.
